1 month agoMy garage spring broke! I called around, this was the best price and they gave me a quote over the phone. Few others wouldn't give quote over phone. They came by and fixed it very quickly, upgraded me for free to bit better springs because that's what they had with them, checked and greased everything. Garage works better than before! -

3 months agoThe price! I had a spring break on my rollup door. Called about ten different companies in the area and this was the only one that knew exactly what I needed and gave me a quote over the phone and honest about possible additional costs for rollers, pulleys, or cables but didn't try to upsell me to upgrade to double springs that ould probably outlast the door itself. I didn't need any other parts replaced in the end, but it was nice to know just in case so no surprise costs. Every other company wanted to have a technician come out for their quote (I'm not into being subject to pressure tactics), or upsell, or had "honest" pricing double what these guys cost. When I called these guys, the first time they didn't have any available appointments, but after calling all the rest and appalled at the pricing ... or no pricing without in person pressure, I called these guys back and asked if they could fit me in for today and they did! One other guy who wanted to come and give a free estimate in person and not on the phone straight up told me he would loose money and to go with these guys if that was really what they were charging. We'll, I took that guy's advice and glad I did. I probably saved $200 if he was charging what the other guys were, but I'll never know cause he never gave me a quote over the phone and these guys did. Best price in town from my bit of research. I noticed others saying their door is quieter. Ray tightened a bunch of bolts and lubricated the door, and it was definitely noticeably quieter too. He even reattached the door opener that had detached itself trying to pull up a door with no spring. I can't recommend these guys enough. -

6 months agoThe team at Overhead Door Company of Nampa were amazing all around. They got back to us right away, were able to help us in a timely manner, and their technician was fantastic. The price wasn't bad either. Definitely deserves a 5 star!
