3 years agoWhere to start, I live in an extremely rural area and trying to get a crew here is next to impossible for any type of home improvement/renovation or even construction for that matter. I spoke with the owner, Levi, he had me take some simple measurements of the floor space I wanted to cover because of the 3 hour, one-way drive time, I didn't want him to have to come and take the measurements. He quickly had an estimate to me within hours, with several options so I could pick one that would fit my budget. I then responded and we worked out a date that would work for my family and his schedule. They scheduled the work for a day and a half to carpet and install laminate in my home of 1800 sq. ft. The Alpine Floor Covering Crew drove 3 hours and was at my home at 0800 to start work. By 6PM, Levi and his crew had every room done in the house and asked me to inspect. I looked over the work and couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of work executed, especially given the short period of time. When they were all packed up it looked as though they were never even there. I was so happy with him and the crew I had them all stay for dinner that night before checking into their lodging down the street for the night. Alpine Floor Covering gets an A+ in my book. Levi keeps his crew happy and it shows in the work they put out for him while on the job and the care they take with customers homes. Thank you gentleman for killing a big project on my list, that was just too much for me to pull off alone. -

3 years agoMy husband and I were impressed initially with Levi's knowledge regarding choices for our home in the mountains. From what type to colors and patterns, he gave us a variety of ideas of what would work for our needs. We felt confident then with hiring him and crew. As it turns out he was meticulous and professional. The customer service he provided was outstanding. He would communicate every time I texted and he kept the schedule as planned. Of course it was raining that day however the job was done in 1 day and looked beautiful, so much better than the carpet. We didn't know what to expect for costs. I'm not one to shop around getting many bids. All said and done pricing was fair. Levi and crew cleaned up , even moved furniture, appliances as needed and carefully put all back in place. Now over a year later our floors still look brand new! Keep up the excellent work Levi
