He went beyond expectations and frankly it was the best system servicing we have ever had. We signed the servicing contract with Integrity for this year and look forward to our fall furnace maintenance. My husband and I both looked at each other after and said the same thing..."you get what you pay for"...in this case, the price was very reasonable given it covers 2 services in spring and fall. 5 months agoI had Levin S.come to my home to service my heater. The youngman was very polite, professional and respectful. He explained to me everything in detail. I've had Integrity Heating and Air check my heater & A/C for a while now. They are the original company that installed my air conditioner and heater 8 years ago when I had my home built. I recommend this company if you want the job done right than call them and ask for Levin S. -

5 months agoWe signed up for annual service subscription. Our first service was focused on heating. Michael was very polite and professional. He reviewed all his inspection information and pictures with me. Asked if I needed anything else. He assisted me in programming the thermostat and getting app to control home from phone. I was very pleased with thoroughness and respect for my home. I am sure we have selected the right business to provide our service every 6 months.
