2 years agoI hired west MTB hard wood floors to refinish the floor in 3 rooms. They apparently didn't sand before putting stain on. The floor was full of very glossy puddles, wipe marks and the stain was all different colors. They admitted it was a poor job and said they would "make it right". They had another contractor come out to give a bid. He said it needed to be completely redone. We ended up paying the new contractor. West Mtn told us they would send a full refund but now have ghosted us. Do not trust them -
