2 months agoWe contacted Apex Restoration immediately after a plumber-caused leak impacted two stories of our home. They were on site within 30 minutes to assess the damage and develop a clear plan for remediation and restoration. Their crews were wonderful to work with and communicated daily regarding check-ins, next steps, timelines, and moisture readings. The demolition of the waterlogged areas (bathroom, closet, hallway, bedroom, and kitchen) was all handled quickly, and the containment walls they built kept the rest of our home clean and accessible throughout the process. While the fans and dehumidifiers were understandably loud at first, the equipment was highly effective, and we were able to return to baseline with no signs of mold growth. As a family with mold allergies, we were especially concerned about thoroughness, and we truly feel they handled everything with great care. They were also incredibly kind and patient with our pets. By the time our flooring was dry, our two dogs and our more brazen cat had decided the daily water check crew was more exciting than we are, and will miss their visits. Max and Ronan were both thorough in addressing every concern, working around our availability, documenting progress, and keeping us informed along the way. We're grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and the care they showed in restoring our home. I do not recommend ever running that quantity of water through your upper level and down through the kitchen light fixtures, but if you find yourself in the same (literal) boat as us I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apex. -

Truly has made an unfortunate circumstance bearable. Kudos to all the staff. Highly recommend Apex restoration. -
