3 years agoJustin was hired as a sub contractor for our builder. At first, we loved him and his work. He does have a VERY fowl mouth but setting that aside he worked very hard while he was here. Stayed focused and got the job done. He did all the rough-in for our new construction. He went out of his way to come back and do a partial trim so we could have one working bathroom for Christmas. Then everything went downhill. One week of using the bathtub he chose for us resulted in a massive hole in the side. We informed him and our builder asking that they replace the tub as this must be of very low quality and not what we wanted in our home. He has refused to even come look at it or even acknowledge us and our concerns in any way. He threw it on the manufacturer and washed his hands of it. We then opted not to have him come back to finish the trim work. We did it ourselves. Then when we went to order the final inspection he refused to transfer our permit into our name so we could do so!! Sadly, he does great work, but has no integrity to stand behind it. -
