1 year agoHad Cougar with JC Solar and Electric install a net-metered solar array on my shop and I could not be happier with this company or the end result! Cougar not only gave me straight-forward advice on my options and what he thought would work best for me, he was much more affordable than the big National chain solar company I was trying to work with previously. He had a system designed faster, he was transparent and not pushy at all, he showed up when he said he would, and was very easy to work with. If you find yourself struggling with a high-pressure sales team from a big box solar company, just drop them and just call Cougar. I wish I would have called him first! -

2 years agoI bought a 3000W portable generator and when it suddenly stopped working after a short time in use Cougar let me use his personal generator while he serviced mine. The part that stopped working was discontinued and the generator was switched out with a brand new 3300 upgrade with no charge. Great service and definitely recommend going through him and his company! -

I spoke with Cougar regarding my problem and said that it was something that could look at but they were backed up for about a month. He proceeded to give me information on what I might check on my own. I was able to resolve my Generac issue. That type of service is very rare and greatly appreciated! Even though I didn't have to schedule a service call, JC Electric will definitely be my go-to service provider in the future! MW
