5 years agoWe've used Quality Carpet for duct cleaning for two years now, and they have consistently been on time, courteous, and professional. Recently we had a problem with our dryer, which the repair person thought might be partially caused by clogged ducts. We therefore called Quality Carpet and asked them to come and check their work, to make sure they hadn't missed anything. They came the same week and did a thorough check, then showed me that the ductwork had indeed been emptied of all lint and was working perfectly. And they did it for free, despite the extra work. I am very happy with this company. -

11 years agoOur 17 year old house never had ducts cleaned. Received quotes from two companies. Quality was a little more, but the professionalism and thoroughness convinced us to go with them. Communication was very good. Received confirming phone call the day before due. Showed up right on time and ready to get started. This was a big job and took team of four men over 5 hours. They worked very efficiently and meticulously moved through the house. Afterwards, they went back and cleaned up all the residue and insulation. Strongly recommend Maurice and his company. Very solid customer focus and their name accurately describes the whole experience. -

13 years agoOverall the performance the company met our expectations. There were several spots in one carpet that did not come clean and we were not made aware of this. Have had these types of services performed in other states and the cost was much less. We would further investigate pricing next time we have this done. Owner was on site during cleaning , he was very hands on and talkative, more than happy to refer others when asked for recommendations. All work areas were kept cleaned.
