2 years agoI had so many problems getting someone out to spray my place. Most wanted a service charge of at least 75.00 Empire came out without a service charge. Did my house and all my out buildings. Did an outstanding job. No problems since. Would recommend them for all your bug problems. 5 stars. -

16 years ago. They are a national company. They were great and I have no complaints. It was like the hottest weekend of the year in Portland and these guys came, did it and there was no problem. We talked to them because I was really worried about their health frankly there is no air conditioning in Portland. They came and did it and it was awesome. They did a great job.

FAQ
Does Empire Maintenance offer free estimates or charge for initial visits?
We conduct visits with no upfront service charges. This allows us to assess your wildlife and pest control needs without any initial cost to you. Contact us to schedule a no-charge inspection for your property in Lewiston, ID.
Are you licensed and insured for wildlife and pest control work?
Empire Maintenance carries the necessary licensing and insurance required for wildlife and pest control services in our service area. Our team follows local regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations on your property. This coverage protects both you and our technicians during every job.
Does Empire Maintenance handle yellow jackets, honeybees, and other stinging insects?
We manage infestations of yellow jackets, honeybees, and similar pests by spraying your house along with all outbuildings. Our approach targets these insects effectively to restore safety around your home. This comprehensive spraying covers the full property to address the problem thoroughly.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing a pest control service?
We aim to schedule visits promptly after your contact, often accommodating urgent needs during hot weather or peak infestation times. Our team arrives as agreed and completes the spraying of your house and outbuildings in one efficient visit. Expect clear communication on arrival windows to fit your schedule.
What does Empire Maintenance do for cleanup after wildlife or pest removal?
We focus on effective spraying to eliminate pests without generating significant waste or debris from our process. Your property remains accessible and usable right after we finish treating the house and outbuildings. Any minor residues from the application dry quickly and pose no ongoing cleanup burden for you.
Why is your professional pest control approach safer and more effective than DIY methods?
Our method involves targeted spraying across your entire property, including outbuildings, which DIY sprays often miss due to limited coverage and strength. Professionals use proper equipment and techniques to reach hidden infestations that homeowners can't access safely. This reduces health risks from improper chemical handling and ensures longer-lasting results without repeated personal exposure.
