1 year agoBuyer Beware! Watch for the Red Flags! Do not pay upfront! I was referred to Terry by his parents who live in Colorado. Well it turns out he does not do good work and in fact it's amateur at best. He is not a good communicator, he is not a responsible professional business man, and in my opinion he is a dishonest crook! In fact after talking with 2 other tile contractors he also over charged us by 30%! Both of these contractors who have been in the tile industry for many years with great reputations said Terry just didn?t have the craft skillset or attention to detail that it takes to complete a beautiful and professional project. He cost us More money, and time to tear out his bad work and have it done the way it should have been done. He works alone, does not have a crew like his website says. Please do your research before hiring him. Do not pay him upfront make sure you complete a walk through. I gave this kid chance only to be taken advantage of.
