2 weeks agoJordan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the original issue we called about so quickly that we still had time to address a few additional requests. One of those was a mystery light switch we've never been able to figure out. Jordan traced it to a live wire that was unattached and just hanging in our attic. If that switch had accidentally been left on, it could have created a serious fire hazard! Jordan then helped us come up with a great solution-using that wire to install a new ceiling outlet in our garage. Not only did it safely resolve the loose wire, but it also added much-needed lighting to the darker side of our garage. We really appreciated his expertise and problem-solving. Highly recommend! -
