2 years agoJorden installed a furnace back in January of 2022. He overcharged me by $1850 on my credit card. I let my son handle correspondence with Jorden. Long story, short. In hindsight I should have immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company. But I made the mistake of trusting Jorden as he made multiple promises to pay me back. Never did pay me back in full and can't dispute a charge after 60 days. I'm a 90 year old Purple Heart combat vet and served in the Korean War and Vietnam War (2 tours). Never thought someone from Idaho would be so dishonest and steal from anyone, let alone a military vet. Jorden is a liar and a thief. I planned to take him to small claims court. I have the documents and paperwork. Officer of the court went to Jorden's address at 1048 Mojave St. Home was empty. Nobody lived there when officer showed up to serve papers to appear in court. I'm not in the business of destroying anyone's livelihood. But when you steal from me and constantly lie about promising to pay me back and never do, I guess I need to warn the community not to do business with a thief and liar. If anyone knows Jorden's new address, please post it so I can have my day in small claims court. I gave Jorden almost two years to pay me back. I'm still waiting... -

3 years agoIf you don't want to pull your hair out, read this. We had the most horrible experience possible. He'll give you the best price out there, but oh lord, what a nightmare. Owner Jordan is the biggest flake imaginable. Everything starts off fine, but then comes and goes when he wants, leaves middle of day, says he'll come back and doesn't. You have to be riding his ass to get him to do things. But the lies are never ending. He tries to collect 90% of the fee when he feels he's 80% done. Then never returns. The Most unsavory people show up to visit him at job sites. He's up to no good, and is not a normal person. He'll just take your money and leave you hanging. When he wants to hide he'll just text you and promise things but good luck getting him to follow through. He should have his Licences taken from him. You may notice from other reviews and his responses to those reviews show he Doesn't hold himself responsible to any standard. We had to hire another company to finish the job because he refused to ever show up or answer calls. He went over the deadline by 2 months and didn't care. He went MIA. Avoid like the plague -

3 years agoWe were told we needed a new system. Turns out it was the thermostat. Jordan fixed the thermostat for less than the mandatory service call cost at Right Now...and JV thinks I won't need a new heater for several years. Thanks! I highly recommend JV Services! -
