6 years agoI used Star last year and had absolutely no problems with bugs. This year, they came out and sprayed (after having to reschedule because they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and then they came to spray for bugs, but; didn't spray for weeds and fertilize like I had told them on the phone) - the bugs disappeared for a day or two, and now they are back worse than ever. And IN the house. I have never had issues with bugs inside the house. I've tried calling them for a week straight, they never answer - very disappointed. Looking for a new reliable company to use... -

7 years agoI am very Impressed with Star Pest Control. They are very professional, get the job done, and answer any questions you have. I used them last year and this winter I had No bugs or spiders inside my place!! So I had them come back today to do the first bug/pest spray for the year. I plan on being a return customer for awhile.Plus as a bonus the Cost is very fair! -

7 years agoMy husband and I were very impressed with their service. We were killing literally hundreds of ants the night before they came. It was awful! After the employees from Star Pest Control came, our ant problem has ceased. In just a few days, we were no longer seeing any ants in our home. They sprayed the inside and outside of our house. The spray and traps they leave are kid friendly, thankfully. My baby got his fingers stuck in one of the traps, but it was nothing to worry about, since I knew it wouldn't be harmful to him. The sticky traps in the house are supposed to last for a long while, which will be nice to catch any other insects that may come around. We will definitely use them again if we have further problems. They also give a warranty on their work, which is nice.
