3 years agoThere was no clear idea of what we were going to be charged for a cleaning. We have short term rentals, and we need someone to be there on time to clean before the next guests come. The cleaners from Sharp and Clean would show up well over an hour late, so we would have to just go clean ourselves. This caused a lot of undue stress for us, because we didn't feel like we could depend on them to show up. They would say that more cleaners would be coming, but only one person would show up, and we would be charged for three cleaners. There wasn't enough time or people to get the cleaning done, so on several occasions, we would have to go and do hours of additional cleaning because it wasn't ever fully cleaned. We provided feedback about our concerns, and we never received a response. Don't waste your time. I rarely write reviews, but I am tired of paying for a service that you never actually get. -

3 years agoIn May they were paid to clean our apartment, they never showed. We reached out to Doug about this and he claimed that it would be done by the end of the summer, we now have new roommates moving in tomorrow and it has not been done, I am very disappointed in Sharp and Clean.
