2 months agoWe used ID Disaster Pros when a tenant in our rental house (in Driggs) had a kitchen pipe burst that was left unattended and leaking for several hours, leading to warped hardwood floors and cabinetry, wet drywall, carpets and insulation, etc. The leak was not discovered until late in the evening and IDP was fast in their response, arriving from Idaho Falls within a couple hours after reaching them and working through the night. The quick response allowed them to open the walls, set up fans and dehumidifiers and take other necessary steps to minimize the damage. They were easy work with, great at interacting directly with our insurers and flexible on billing and other issues. Overall, I'm happy we went with them; you can tell they take pride in their work. -

2 months agoWe have a great looking renovated house, because of IDP. We had a bath tub flood and were having trouble getting the insurance company to work with us on the restoration. As bad luck would have it, we had another flood in our basement. Steve from All About Plumbing came to the rescue in the middle of the night. He heard about our ongoing flood issues and called Braden at IDP...at 4 am. Braden answered and came out within hours to assess and help us out. Within days we had cooperation from the insurance company. Kylee was amazing in taking that part of our hands and getting us our funds for the renovations. We had to move all of our belongings out to replace the carpet, refinish the hardwood, and paint the walls. They helped facilitate the entire process. From there we had detailed involvement to get everything repaired and replaced. Our crew of Justin, Tony and Kaden gave us daily updates. The communication was beyond expectation. The other workers were very prompt and thorough as well. We are completely satisfied with the end result, and could not have done it without Idaho Disaster Pros. We consider all of them friends and will not hesitate to call them should we find ourselves in this position again. I would hightly recommend you let them help you through your own unfortunate renovation and remediations.
