4 months agoWe used ID Disaster Pros when a tenant in our rental house (in Driggs) had a kitchen pipe burst that was left unattended and leaking for several hours, leading to warped hardwood floors and cabinetry, wet drywall, carpets and insulation, etc. The leak was not discovered until late in the evening and IDP was fast in their response, arriving from Idaho Falls within a couple hours after reaching them and working through the night. The quick response allowed them to open the walls, set up fans and dehumidifiers and take other necessary steps to minimize the damage. They were easy work with, great at interacting directly with our insurers and flexible on billing and other issues. Overall, I'm happy we went with them; you can tell they take pride in their work. -
