1 month agoApparently my thermostat went bad and Gage with ACI did an amazing job. He found other issues and replaced the motherboard. He gave other recommendations ie. Adding scrub filter, surge protector in breaker box. He was knowledgeable and helpful. -

2 months agoI have used ACI for several years. They installed a generator at a previous residence and serviced it annually. Until now, I haven't had a problem. Recently, I purchased a new house with an existing generator. I made an appointment to have the generator serviced. I explained I also wanted a load test completed to make sure the generator would provide whole house coverage. The person taking the information said she would be sure to allot enough time for the technician to conduct the load test. When the technician arrived in January, he said he was not made aware of the need for a load test and did not have time conduct one. He serviced the generator and told me he would call back within a week to schedule a load test. I told him I also wanted wifi connectivity for the generator. He said that if I obtained the mobile link unit (which I did), he would install it. It has now been over a month, and I never received a call back. I ended up switching companies. Hopefully this is a one off for the company, but it is concerning.
