3 months agoI had a horrible experience with Idaho Cleaning Services! We ordered a carpet cleaning at my son's apartment. They gave me an estimate of $150-$210. When they arrived my son decided to only have the main room and hallway cleaned and NOT the bedroom, so he took off a whole entire room they did NOT have to clean. They still charged us $210 and said we had a "pet area" he does NOT own a pet and on top of it they charged us for the time the workers sat in traffic coming from Caldwell to Boise, are you freaking kidding?!. It was not a great cleaning, the workers went so fast there was no way they could have cleaned it thoroughly! This was a TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH, PLEASE HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. HORRIBLE SERVICE! -

I was considering throwing out a recliner because of its heavy staining and odor but decided to give Idaho Cleaning Services a crack at it first. Looks like a brand new chair now. The technician said it took three solutions to get the staining out, so I know he had his work cut out for him! I definitely would recommend for any upholstery cleaning you may need. -

1 year agoWe had vandalism done to our home. I had called several companies to see how quickly we could get it taken care of... everyone was booked out for about 5 days including idaho cleaning services. But when I explained that I had egg all over my second story and I didn't have a ladder that would reach, as well as foul language spray painted on my driveway. We live in a quiet neighborhood. It is brand new with many young kids, that ride their bikes up and down our sidewalk. Kira was amazing and had someone out to help me within hours. She truly saved me. I was already humiliated, I just needed it gone. She made that happen. I can't recommend this company enough. -
