8 years agoThe chimney sweeps themselves were excellent - - polite, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately their office was hard to get ahold of, we called to schedule an appointment and they called us back after several days. Also their earliest appointments were over a month out with no time slots, just the day they could be there. Since they don't answer their phone as the day got close we were unable to confirm the appointment. We waited around and it began to feel like they might not show up, then sometime in the afternoon they showed up and did an great job.
