3 months agoI needed to have a new replacement garage door installed due to an aging door that was 30+ years old. Kalei was able to schedule a consultation quickly and in a timely manner. Pan was also able to drop off brochures to help with my application to our HOA for approval. Tyler and Ruffy arrived on time on the scheduled date and were both efficient and professional as well as friendly - answering my numerous questions. The new door and motor are quiet and well built. The entire process was smooth with great customer service. I would highly recommend Oahu Garage Doors for any type of service and installation. -

Tyler's assessment was spot on, he found a problem with the springs, they were originally installed too small. He corrected it with the proper size spring's, now the motor & circuit boards don't have to strain to lift the door! I'll mention this at our annual board meeting next week. -
