3 months agothese guys didn't bother showing up to their scheduled appointment to do measurements at our building. with that kind of work ethic and lack of professionalism, i definitely would not rely on them to work on a expensive building project. -

2 years agoAluminum shake roof is a terrific product. What convinced us about this roof was seeing how their product stood up to age on 20+ year houses around our neighborhood. They looked in great shape. Compared to asphalt, it's a much cooler and durable product. The interior temperature of our house went from uncomfortably warm in the afternoons to comfortable cool. An added bonus is that there is no more asphalt shingle sand filling our gutters anymore. Brian and his team were very professional, attentive to details and responsive to all our questions and concerns. 2/5/2024 It's been two years since our roof was installed now . The roof still looks brand new. Our house is a lot cooler than it was before. We hardly use our air conditioner because of the roof sun's protection from heat. -

5 years agoBrian Hasegawa and his team at Aluminum Shake Roofing are awesome! My 1st call to Brian was to inquire if they could help to pull a sample section of my old shingles so that I could file a claim with the manufacturer. Without hesitation or a commitment from me to use them for my new, Brian said that they can help. Brian and a worker showed up to pull the singles and replace with a temporary section, took pictures, and measurements needed to file the claim. Brian even mailed and submitted the claim for me for a very small fee (which was credited back to me on my purchase of the new roof). I decided that I wanted to move forward to replace my roof with Aluminum Shake Roofing. Brian explained the benefits and cost then had my estimate ready to review a few days. Brain also went to our Association to file the necessary paperwork for the permit and got the approvals from them. They did additional work by removing my existing solar fans, repaired the section since I was not going to replace them, and replaced some of the water damaged fascia around my roof. The roofing crew was very polite professional, and cleaned up after every work day! It's been been 4 months since I had my new Aluminum Shake Roof, we had heavy rain and gusty winds during these 4 months. I'm happy to report no issues and I have peace of mind that I have a solid roof over my house. Brain even did a follow up to see if everything was okay. I would highly recommend Aluminum Shake Roofing, Inc., Brian, his crew, and the product are great!
