9 months agoCalled Normans this morning to replace my spring on my overhead gorage door. Good thing they were open on the weekends because checked Rynor who installed it originally was not open. With in 1/2 hours repairman was here this morning & within 30 minutes he completed. Outstanding company we are really happy -

1 year agoBest people to call for your garage door needs. They are prompt and honest. I called because my garage door wouldn't close. I contacted them about 5:00 am and they responded right away. Someone was at my house working on my door before 8:00 am. I say they are honest because I was prepared to purchase a new opener but James told me I didn't need a new unit, he could fix my current opener and he wouldn't sell me a new unit because it was not needed. I truly appreciate his honesty and by 8:30 he had my garage completely fixed with my phone app working, which didn't work before that. They are definitely my go to people whenever I need work on my garage. Great people with EXCELLENT pricing and wonderful customer service! Thanks James & John from Norman's Overhead Doors!!! -

I will definitely be passing along Norman's Overhead Doors Inc.'s information to anyone and everyone who needs or wants it. I'm very thankful Saia came when we needed and for doing an outstanding job! The work and service was great quality and I expected to pay far more for the level of detail and consideration he showed. However, to my surprise, everything was very reasonable and I felt he and the business truly cares for their customers.
