It's just that their so swamp with business because of the hurricane that when we finally agreed to have the service, it didn't happen for about four months. I felt that their time was a little like excessive but considering the hurricane, that's okay. When did show up they did a great job. I would use them again in the future. -

13 years agoAm in negotiations at the moment. Ryan was helpful and responsive. Soft sell......................not pushy for upgrades. He would make recommendations and suggestions. His company offer other services if you're interested. I like his approach and attitude. Have not yet confirmed the proposal. No work yet has been done. Service performed on Thurs., Sept 12. Job well done! The crew arrived on time and labored diligently until the project was done. The equipment used was top notch.......Stihl chainsaws, a huge chipper and a motorized stumper. The lag time between agreement and actual work was two months.....a bit much. I was initially informed the wait period would be 2 -3 weeks. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of work and would gladly recommend this company to anyone.
