4 months agoI am writing to highly recommend Redmond Valleywide (Best Vinyl Fence & Deck) any fence repair needs. Our recent experience with them was outstanding. I contacted several companies for quotes, and Wendell Au from Redmond Valleywide (Best Vinyl Fence & Deck) was exceptionally responsive. He promptly scheduled an in-person inspection and provided the most economical quote we received. Because our repair was urgent for security reasons, we were impressed when Wendell went above and beyond to schedule the repair within two weeks of receiving the quote, despite being initially informed of a two- to three-month wait. The entire team was professional and communicative throughout the process: Wendell Au was friendly, professional, and kept us informed. Kahi and Donny (the crew) were polite and performed an excellent repair on both the fence and the gate. Wendy and Celest (in the office) communicated proactively and ensured we knew exactly when the crew was on their way. The entire staff exceeded our expectations from start to finish. 6 months agoI received excellent service from Wendell today. He arrived on time and was able to resolve my problem with my vinyl fence quickly. Somehow the top rail got loose and he was able to get the top rail reset and screwed it back in to the slot within the post.
