1 year agoCentral Garage Door Service When our garage door wire snapped , we tried calling several companies but only one responded quickly to our inquiry. Don (the owner) inspected the damage and informed us the garage door pulley system was not very reliable and difficult to maintain ... he suggested an upgrade conversion and quoted us a fair and reasonable price . We were impressed by the quick response, professionalism and expertise that Don provided to us. Don went the extra mile in explaining what areas we should keep our eye on to prevent or identify and future problems. Highly recommend Don and his company to anyone in need of an honest experienced repairman. 5 Star service and definitely a company with Aloha for their customers. Mahalo Nui!! -

1 year agoMEA CULPA!!! Beautiful Friday evening and wife comes home, only to crash into our partially opened garage door ... just couldn't see that high up in rear view mirrors! Door is damaged and won't close ... screws all loose and we're in total panic mode. Called Don at Central Garage Door Service and was told by Denise that due to time of day we would have to wait until Saturday afternoon for service ... I described what problem was and that I would try and "jiggle" door to close on my own. After hanging up ... I got a call back from Denise and said STOP DON'T ATTEMPT ANY DIY MEASURE ... it could be DANGEROUS!!!! Don said he would come over to inspect damage and see what could be done. Don did a thorough inspection of garage door placed new bolts to shore up the damaged areas, lubricated all hinges and pointed out possible measures that could be taken in future if any problems arose. After 5 tests of opening and closing the door , Don gave us his "Approval" to use that garage ... even made sure we didn't feel dumb for having crashed into door saying ... "Don't feel bad, it happens all the time! ... just glad no one was hurt" AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, empathetic and honest ... Don is a WIZARD!!! Mahalos!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! Carol & Roger -
