2 months agoAdel did a great job fixing a tricky issue with one of our doors (misaligned frame, cracks, etc.). It kept sticking against the frame and parts were starting to crack, so opening/closing it became difficult. He was very responsive, came on the same day as we reached out, and did a thorough job in repairing until the details were right. I had originally asked just for help sealing the cracks, but Adel helped diagnose what was causing the issue in the first place -- he sealed the cracks, but also adjusted the door, replaced a hinge, and fixed stripped holes so it'd stay in place. The door now opens/closes smoothly, and I don't have to worry about it re-cracking the same way. Thanks so much Adel! -
