1 week agoWe are SO VERY HAPPY that Abbey Carpet completed our job! Everyone has been so professional and courteous: Janna, Jamie, Pam from the shop. Your installation crew is STELLAR! Quinton, JT, Atea and Jay were remarkably prompt, diligent and careful in accomplishing each phase of the project. The evening when the "boys" had to work til 10:00, was not their fault. We are SO GRATEFUL that they remained on the job, determined to complete the work! We only wanted Abby carpet to complete our home's carpeting! We didn't need to competitively shop because of their ethics and high service level!! We would do this a dozen more times and recommend that you reach out to them!! BEST CARPET COMPANY EVER!!! -

3 weeks agoHaving put off my floors for 30 yrs, not knowing nothing how floors are done and installed, I decided to go with Abbey's after meeting Matt. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and stay within my budget. There was a few adjustments on my side which was well handled by Matt and team. This project was 1600 square feet with luxury vinyl planks and needed abatement due to asbestos in the old tile under the carpet and tacks needing to be removed, grinding my floors was another major prep that should not be ignored before sealing then self leveling the whole house floors.(grinding was dustless)The whole process was beyond my expectations from start to finish. Abbeys also had to make a few scheduled adjustments due to my other project. The crew of 5 Cliffton, Lako, Isaiah, Dominic, Christian were unreal, I really fealt safe and secure and had left them alone a few times. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up everything after each day. I would highly recommend Abbey Carpet and Floor. Thank you gang.. 02/23/26 second post. Another 5 stars for my beautiful luxury vinyl floors. Abby Carpet really stands behind there warranty 100%. After about 3 years, I notice a few of my vinyl planks lifting at the edges, Matt set appt. with rep and came for a visit. No questions asked, they replaced and reprep my floors taking care of all the details of moving things. I really feel I got a super good deal and job even though I had to do my floors twice. Aloha to Clifton and Lako for the great work and to all the other brothers. -

3 months agoMahalo to Pam and the entire Abbey Carpet team for an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Once we selected our new carpet for our condo, the process leading up to the final installation was seamless and trouble free. Pam even provided us with the documentation we needed to obtain our condo's renovation approval! The installers did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. We keep coming back to Abbey because they are the absolute BEST! Ten out of ten!
