1 month agoIn this day and age when "service" seems like a thing of the past, it was so reassuring to find it's not completely dead. The two young men who delivered my new sofa from Yamada were exemplary: polite but friendly, extremely careful and respectful, efficient and timely. The office staff was equally great. Reading all the old reviews going back four years, it shows how consistent their good service has been and continues to be. This is a reflection of excellent management, so kudos to this fine local business! -

2 months agoEz pick up Hawai'i was the easiest and best decision I made when selling my home and moving out. The boys did both metal dumpings, regular trash, AND took my stuff to the storage unit I had (and dropped off the key with me after they were done at my residence). They moved and dumped an entire 4 bedroom house (inside and outside) in 2 days. All of the workers were so nice and pleasant and QUICK + efficient. I called and sent pictures for estimates and the next day they were there and accommodated my quick move out schedule to come on a Saturday to get it done. While dumping some things the double checked with me multiple times if something was trash to ensure nothing was dumped on accident and just did an exceptional job. I'd hire them again for any moving + dumping services. I didn't even have to bring anything downstairs, they came up and grabbed it all. I highly highly recommend this business and the staff and their work is amazing. 10/10. Thank you guys!! -
