14 years agoNature Boyz was in our area, and campaigned very aggressively to get businesses at all the houses in the area. It was convenient, so we asked them to trim some trees. They were honest about it not being truly necessary to remove two trees that our neighbor was concerned about, which I appreciated. However, the service they provided for the quote was not quite what we thought we were getting: we thought they were going to remove two small trees, instead those were just trimmed. I do'nt think their trimming job was particularly good--I could have bought a chainsaw and done the same work for a lot less money. I thought I was hiring a more professional arborist. We did receive an invoice, but it was vague, and again, did not reflect what we thought we had agreed upon. The biggest problem: They assured us the wood remaining from the tree we had cut down would be removed from our yard. It's been there for almost a week now. Furthermore, they were extremely vague about how that wood would be removed, and finally one of them said that they advertise on Craigslist free firewood and then people just come and get it. I strongly object to their advertising for strangers to come and get free stuff from my property. That is not their decision to make! Not recommended. I won't use them again. -

14 years agoThey do not do what they tell you. There is no invoice or receipt. They move into a neighborhood and work the area. When they are reported, they move on to another area. There are multiple horrible reviews on the internet. The owner is Lee Liebel. The address for the business is a hotel room. They have been reported to local officials. They have had lawyers write them letters. The guy hangs up on you and doesn't return his calls. They won't come back and fix what they said. I am reporting them to the IRS today. The whole thing is nothing but a scam.
