1 month agoI wasn't sure if what I was going to find at Pro Source when I decided to stop by there. What I found was a place of amazing people and so many beautiful things to make my home just like I dreamed!! Sammy greeted me with a great smile and so much understanding of how confused I was about all the places I had been to look at tile, cabinets, flooring etc. She assured me that it's common to be overwhelmed and that together we would have fun and enjoyment looking at the ideas I had!! Well she was right I found my dream bathroom tile for both baths, tile flooring for each, cabinets designed by Elle, my niche tile, and it was done with laughter plus professional fun. They made me feel like I had been an interior designer my whole life!!!! They've kept in touch with me, no pushy sales crap, Sammy and Elle plus everyone there had all the answers to my craziness and concerns. What was even more awesome I had a deadline of just a few weeks and they got it done!!!! Thank you Sammy, Elle, and everyone that had answered the phone or helped Sammy and Elle to get this beautiful project going!!!!! -

4 months agoOur experience with this flooring store was one of the most frustrating we've ever had. Nothing went smoothly from start to finish. Every step required us to double-check, fix, wait, or argue about things that should have been simple. We purchased 740 sq. ft. of flooring because the product was clearly labeled "in stock for same-day pickup." That turned out to be false. They gave us fewer boxes than we paid for without saying a word. Only after we noticed did they admit they didn't have enough stock, forcing us to reschedule our workers and delay the project multiple times. Weeks later, we returned to pick up the remaining box and to refund two unopened boxes we no longer needed. The previous Thursday, they had clearly told us that we could bring them back the following Monday for a refund - and there was no mention at all of any additional fees. But when we came back, their attitude completely changed. They suddenly claimed that we had to pay a $35 "shipping fee" because they supposedly no longer carry that flooring color in stock. This made absolutely no sense - the product was still displayed in the store and marked as "available for pickup today." They never told us in advance that they were discontinuing it or that there would be a shipping fee. It felt dishonest and manipulative. We would have paid the $35 if it had been fair or clearly explained, but the way they handled it - changing their story, making up new rules on the spot, and treating us as if we were the problem - was incredibly disappointing. We left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I will never return to this store, and I plan to share this experience with my friends and community so others don't go through the same thing. They lost our trust completely. -

5 months agoWhat a GREAT EXPERIENCE we had at ProSource in Savannah! A Huge selection! The greatest and most knowledgeable sales staff! Fantastic prices! We went in looking for a new bathroom shower (Which we ordered), and will definitely be back to check out Replacing our hardwood floors and getting new carpeting as well. Glad we found them when we did And definitely recommend Going there. -
