I wanted to replace my old electric water heater in the attic with a new tankless water heart and received great guidance on unit selection, installation location, and they even identified an eligible rebate available from AGL. The APS team worked extremely hard on the installation, removal of the old unit, and even made time to install a dishwasher for me. They'll definitely be my local Savannah plumber for any future need! -

1 year agoMy absolute go-to for Plumbing Services. The owner, Mr Burns, was so friendly and responsive when we talked about a faucet replacement and minor toilet repairs in my new home. Mark, the technician, was courteous and professional with the installation and Ms Barbara in the office was the best! Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. -

6 years agoWorst service I have ever experienced from a plumber. Called this company to come out to repair a leak under a our kitchen sink and dishwasher. After initial visit, was told it would be two weeks before they could return for the repair. The earliest they could have someone out was this morning and was told that I would be the first person on their list. I called several times during this two weeks to see if there had been any cancellations Then after no one showed up this morning, I called to find out when they would be here. "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't make it this morning, we need to reschedule" Apparently,. there was another job that was more important to them. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY WAITS UNTIL AFTER A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN"T MAKE IT AND NEED TO RESCHEDULE? -

6 years agoI love American Plumbing it's nice to be able to have a plumber come in and you don't have to worry about being ripped off they will talk to you before they begin their work and clearly you understand what they're going to do if they give you a price that's what it's going to cost you all of employees are extremely nice I was very comfortable with them in my home they were right on time with appointment that had scheduled I could not believe how they cleaned up the area that they had been working in I have even used them at my mother-in-law's house who has dementia they are extremely good with our seniors she really fell in love with them too
