Update-our heating went out last week on one of the coldest days of the year and James from Savannah Air Factory came out the same day, diagnosed, provide an estimate and fixed our heating. Great job and service James. Much appreciated. -

2 months agoSavannah Air Factory prices fairly on top-notch systems, delivers great service, and does an excellent job on installations. Their bid on a 3 ton American Standard system was thousands of dollars less than others who sell and install HVAC systems frequently on Skidaway Island.They avoid "zip code" pricing!" Yet, the level of service and installation quality was excellent. They're customer focused and very dedicated to getting things done correctly. A particular note of stellar performance goes to James Roberts, a Service Technician who worked diligently to figure out a thermostat wiring issue in need of repair in order to get the new system installed properly. He worked with the primary installation team (including Dakota) and the American Standard service team to properly diagnose, then fix, the issue. Two words best describe him: smart and dedicated! Thank you and the entire Savannah Air Factory team for a job very well done! -
