9 months agoShowed up and started piling on the ad-ons. Redeemed the Groupon code and refused to provide any service despite being prepaid. These guys are running a scam. Steer clear and use a reputable service with more than 2 stars. Save yourself the aggravation. Get cheaper, better and more customer service virtually anywhere else. I wish I had checked their rating prior booking the "service". -

1 year agoIncredibly disappointed with the lack of quality work, the time spent on the process of cleaning, and the lack of professional courtesy. After they left we cleaned a 3x3 spot on the rug that they had "cleaned" and the water we poured out was dark brown and filled with pet hair as if the carpet hadn't been touched at all. Very disappointing. Save your money. you're paying for disappointment. -

2 years agoDeep Clean Carpet Cleaners never showed to our apt. 12/18. He never notified us he had to cancel. I had to message him through a text message to find out what was going on through an EXISTING text thread. He claimed his battery died the night before and he didn't have my phone. Our apt was 2 pm the next day and he didn't even try to contact me between the night before and 2pm the next day . We waisted a whole day prepping the house. I was able to make another apt and messaged him asking about a possible discount for some of the additional stair fee due to the inconvenince for the cancelation AND for not being contacted even through he had our phone. He did not respond to my text request. For the second apt he arrived late with no notice on 12/21 I asked him about a possible discount and he got angry and left with no opprtunity to talk. I asked him to follow through on our apt as he rushed to his van and he would not stop and he drove away. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Very poor communication and no follow through. -

2 years agoI WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! HORRIBLE!!!! My entire house was left smelling like dog crap and there was none in there to start with. I sent Steve a text to show him what my couch looks like after I swipe it with a white cloth and it's brown! He told me he didn't pee or poop or throw food on my carpet and leave it, I did. Then he blocked my number and my husbands because he said I was mean. My carpet is only 3 years old and needed basic cleaning and the one bedroom with A pet stain needed treating. And this is what I get for $630?? I am reporting this business and continuing to share my pictures, videos and text thread with Steve until he remedies the situation with reimbursement because never will that shady dude be in my house again. Scammers. -

3 years agoIf I'm hiring someone to clean my carpets. It might mean I'm probably too busy to rent my own and do it myself. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 2:30 pm. I started moving all of my furniture in the house are 1:45 to make sure I was courteous and vacuumed and moved everything out of the way so this gentleman didn't have to. Got a text at 2:19 saying he needed to reschedule. My time being wasted is a lot bigger of a deal than any money I would have spent.
