1 month agoThis company only gives a ten day grace period for billing. For example, My last statement date was January 01,2026 and the due date was January 10, 2026. That is only a seven business day grace period. This company is billing late fees to customers. I was charged a $15.00 late fee even though I mailed ABC Waste a Check on January 02, 2026. They claim they received the check after January 10,2026. This company is scamming their customers. My advice is too not use ANC Waste for residential trash service. 6 months agoABC waste offered exceptional service from the very first phone call. I had to reschedule and they were able to help me get everything figured out. They didn't seem too busy like other companies and I felt like a valued customer. I would recommend ABC waste to anyone who is needing trash related services. -

10 months agoI paid my father's bill one time with my debit card. This company save my card information and when my 84 year old father forgot to pay his bill this company charged my account without my permission. I sent a request in writing to remove my card information, I called and ask to speak to management and have not been contacted. When I called the company about this illegal action the young lady laughed on the phone. My father is a disabled veteran, served this country for 28 years and worked for Chatham County for 20 plus years. I am not on my father's account and my personal account should have never been charged without my consent! Update to your response I never used profanity and I was not screaming at all. I was very calm to both of your employees and even updated my father's billing information. I went to Google because you Sir nor your team have completed my written request. I even called yesterday before posting and asked to speak to management to get this ILLEGAL PROCESS RESOLVED. I've yet to receive a call from anyone. -

11 months agoABC is the best we've used in Savannah! Our driver, Will is so pleasant and goes above and beyond all the time. I had health problems last year and he helped me with the can and even waited a couple times knowing I was a little slow getting our trash out. Completely my fault. Great company and incredible employees!!
