1 year agoLewis electric came and ran new wire from house to shop and well after a lightning strike took everything out, while he may have been prompt the first time; less then a year later the new wire failed leaving us without water, after 3 days they answered and came out and spliced the wire back together with butt connectors wrapped it up with tape at the failure point and re-buried the bad spot. He sent me a hefty bill, almost $1k, for him to fix his faulty work that was less then a year old, I took my time before I paid him as I felt he was ripping me off but I did pay him in full. Now; only a few months later the wire failed again. And imagine that in his repair he did. We had another electrician come out who actually repaired it right by removing the wire Lewis electric laid with the garbage burnt up splice and replaced the entire run and gave a guarantee on the work. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use them unless you want to overpay or you want someone who will not stand behind their work. I have included a few photos of the burnt up splice that was removed which also took out our new water softener system. -

4 years ago4 weeks ago Andy came out. Reviewed the problem and stated he would be back on Friday, 4 days later. Three weeks later before I left a negative review I called him, he asked me to call the office to get on the schedule which I did. They stated I would be on the schedule Friday, today. I advised I am taking off work to please call if cannot make it. He assured me they would be here. No show. No phone call. I called Andy, no answer. I called Rett at the office, No answer. I finally got my daughter to call Rett and he advised the panel did not come in??? No communication at all.
