Update: I originally planned to have them come back a month or so after the exclusion job just to check everything out, but I have heard NO noise at all from the squirrels. Entirely squirrel-free! The estimate/cost was much lower than other quotes I received as well. As expected, the conversation was very pleasant when I called the company just to follow up with Verron about not needing a check-up visit after all due to the excellent work. No more tree rats in my attic! I returned home from seeing family over the holidays and noticed that I had squirrels move into my attic while I was away. After reading reviews and checking with other local businesses in regards to pricing, I gave Southern Wildlife a call as well and spoke with Verron about the pesky rodents. She explained in great detail how the process worked, pricing, and also offered exclusion services WITHOUT pressuring me. She was very transparent about why those services are recommended as well. Overall I am VERY pleased with the services. Highly recommend this friendly and efficient family owned business if you're in need of fair pricing and honest work!!

Great service! I live in Alpharetta, GA, and Southern Wildlife was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain what was really needed and didn't try to sell unnecessary services. I appreciated their straightforward approach and would definitely recommend them. Just an after thought. They said they would research some sources for an issue I have had in the past and they followed up as promised. That is rare these days!

Bruce came out to our home on two occasions. The first was for a large hornets nest and the second was for several underground yellow jacket nests. Their pricing was very fair. I appreciate their honest business practices and professionalism.

FAQ

How much does Johns Creek Bat Removal & Bat Control charge for bat exclusion and wildlife removal services?

We determine pricing based on the inspection findings, including the number of entry points, size of the infestation, and required sealing work. Quotes are provided after a thorough on-site assessment to ensure fairness and transparency. This approach accounts for the full scope of bat exclusion, trapping, and follow-up needed to keep wildlife out permanently.

Are you licensed and insured for wildlife control work?

Johns Creek Bat Removal & Bat Control carries full licensing and insurance coverage required for bat exclusion and nuisance wildlife handling in Georgia. Our team follows state regulations on humane removal methods and seasonal restrictions to protect both property and wildlife. Homeowners can verify credentials during the initial consultation for peace of mind.

Does Johns Creek Bat Removal & Bat Control handle squirrels, rats, armadillos, and groundhogs in addition to bats?

We manage a range of wildlife including bats, squirrels, rats, armadillos, and groundhogs using humane cage traps and exclusion techniques. Our process starts with identifying entry points followed by trapping and permanent sealing to prevent re-entry. Photos of captured animals demonstrate our hands-on approach to these common intruders in Johns Creek and surrounding areas.

What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing a bat exclusion job?

We schedule inspections and initial trap setups promptly after contact, with exclusion devices installed to allow bats to exit over 2-4 days depending on weather and activity levels. Follow-up visits confirm all animals are out before final sealing, often within a week for standard jobs. Larger infestations or colder months may extend the process slightly for complete effectiveness.

What does Johns Creek Bat Removal & Bat Control do for cleanup after wildlife removal?

We clean and disinfect roosting areas to remove guano and debris that can pose health risks like disease transmission. Entry points are sealed securely after confirming all animals have exited via exclusion methods. This leaves your home secure and sanitary without the need for homeowners to handle hazardous waste themselves.

Why is your professional bat exclusion method safer and more effective than DIY attempts?

Our approach uses one-way exclusion devices and thorough inspections to ensure bats exit humanely without trapping them inside, avoiding legal issues since bats are protected species. DIY efforts often miss secondary entry points, leading to incomplete removal and recurring problems, while we seal the entire structure for lasting results. Professionals also handle guano cleanup safely, reducing health risks that homeowners might overlook.
