3 years agoThe cleaner was great and hard working, however the job was half done per his company policy and no fault of his own. It is not on their site nor was it told to me that unlike other companies they do not lift up the bed and couch and clean under it. So, now i am left with half clean carpets. I called and asked when I went and checked the work and then was told after I paid. None of the edges of the carpet were cleaned. Just the middle. I asked if I could have a discount because this was never told to me or advertised and I have to oay another company. They said no. They would not stop calling me ma'am when I am a sir because I have a lighter voice. I corrected the woman on the phone several times before I hung up. I do not recommend. What was a 200 dollar job is now a 500 dollar job. -

10 years agoShane vacuumed carpet to start; followed by pre-treatment, and final steam clean. Once finished our carpet looked as it did when first installed 18 months ago. All at a competitive price. We definitely recommend them and will use them next time we need service. -

12 years agoWe only used their service once but the gentleman was able to do what was expected of him. He was somebody that we can trust our home with. Their prices were reasonable. However, I happened to notice an edge near the wall that didn't look as if it was cleaned.
