1 year agoOMG the transformation is real! For 15 years we had a screened porch which was nice because it kept the bugs out. But it was not usable year round and the pollen was worse than the rain, strong winds and of course the cold weather. This past October I decided to put a 8mil plastic around the entire outside screen. It worked fine keeping the winds and most of the cold air out but it looked horrible, no air circulation whatsoever unless I opened the door. My electric bill doubled because we were using electric heaters. So in January we began looking for patio enclosure companies. WOW! The prices were insane. Starting at $55,000.00! Too much. I kept searching and found Express Sunrooms. This is when we met Clark. He came out and introduced their product. An aluminum and vinyl enclosure which I had seen on YouTube. After listening to all the information on this product we were very impressed but we needed to know how much. We are both retired now and cost is very important, we didn't want any new monthly expenses but we wanted comfort and peace of mind knowing the heat, cold, bugs, and pollen would not interfere with our daily outdoor space. The entire team was awesome Lori was on top of her job and the installation crew, Ray and the guys were very professional. This was a one-day demolition of our old screened porch and the installation of the new, beautiful enclosure, all in one day! We will have ductwork done for temperature control next week just before it gets too hot. Okay so do we recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY YES! If you're looking for a very affordable, well designed, peaceful, vacation at home atmosphere that we're sure we will enjoy for years with a great warranty, call Express Sunrooms. See for yourself! 1 year agoAfter years of talking about it, we decided to finally enclose our screened porch. We eat out on our porch every day that the weather allows. On occasion, we could not. Blowing rain puddled the floor and soaked the furniture. Pollen season kept us away for weeks, and even after covering the furniture, we still needed to clean everything. Once we made the decision, we met with 5 different vendors. Express Sunrooms stood out from the first meeting. Owner Clark Carter provided us with a proposal detailing everything that would be provided by their company. One had told us that it "would save us money if we did the demolition." What?! And all the others would not provide the HVAC unit. Also, they were the only company that arranged a visit to a customer nearby where we could see the product installed. Those people were so happy with their porch, they were proceeding with having a second small porch enclosed. The installation was done over several weeks. The wall sections went up in 2 days by very experienced company installers, and we were able to use the porch until the subcontractors were available. So, 1 more day for the electrician to run the wiring, 1 day for the installation of the split unit HVAC, and final clean up. Clark and Lori Santiago checked on the progress several times. And they are SO nice and easy to work with.
