3 months agoI have been using PetNation since I relocated to Georgia on July 5, 2025. My first two treatments were Ok but not great. The third time Ms. MJ arrived and conducted her business. She was very professional, detail oriented, and personable. Ms. MJ did not miss a crack. Everything was cover from the entire outside and Inside. I could not ask for anything more. I am very particular about who enters my home and especially who performs work. MJ totally impressed me with her work ethics. She returned the 2nd time and once again did a phenomenal job and I do mean a phenomenal job. Because of her diligence to her service, and her trustworthiness, I will absolutely not have any other tech respond to my residence and perform any type of treatment. I have notified the company and stated that no one is more qualified then MJ to treat my residence but MJ. I believe the company thought I was joking because they sent another tech to my residence on two occasions. On both occasions, I refuse to allow them entry. I told them that the only tech is permitted to treat my residence was MJ. They told me she was out of town and I said I would wait until she returned. I refused to allow any other service tech inside of my residence because of the outstanding service I received from MJ. MJ in my opinion, is simply the best service tech that PetNation has. I am from California and cannot stand bugs, but since I've been using MJ as the tech, I have not seen any bugs whatsoever or have been bitten. I am so thankful to Ms. MJ. So for you PetNation, you have a valuable employee and should be grateful that she is representing your company. If you could find several MJ's, you would have an excellent company and your customers would not have a problem with any of your employees. But since you do not, I will stick with Ms. MJ to service my home. It's like having a good doctor. When you find a good doctor, you stick with him/her no matter what because of their treatment and service. Well, that Ms. MJ. I have found an outstanding tech, and I will stick with her no matter what. Thank you MJ for the exceptional service you have provided and will continue to provide. Your service and dedication to duty has not gone unnoticed. PetNation, if you guys have some type of incentives to your employees, Ms. MJ definitely deserves an increase or something to show her how much she is appreciated within PetNation. I also have PestNation service my home quarterly with a spray inside and outside. I am happy with the results and the quality of products they use. They are dependable, and their staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services! Keegan is a delight, as is Brandy!
