7 months agoThere are a number of generator servicing companies in Atlanta. In my experience, most are dishonest at their core. They take you down a path where they tell you your generator needs all sorts of control panels, transfer switch modules, and unnecessary servicing. My experience with Generator Maintenance of GA has been so refreshing. I was having an issue where my generator was turning on when I had power. I was told by another company that it was a control module, so I paid to have it replaced. Same issue occurred. Now they said I needed a new controller for the transfer switch. In addition to the dishonesty, this company sent a 20 year old kid out to do the work. He was not a certified electrician. When I called Gen Maint of GA they came out, knew what the issue was, gave me pricing based on renewing my warranty vs paying out of pocket. It was nice to know I had options. Needless to say, my generator is working great. And even if there is an issue down the road, I know Matt and his team will handle it, HONESTLY. SO REFRESHING. Thank you guys, I appreciate you and your integrity. If you need help with your generator these guys are top tier. You can trust them. -
