2 months agoWe paid $8425 for a new AC system , date of service 3/21/2025, and the installation has been a nightmare from day one. During the last visit on 4/27/2025 AC unit dual control board was removed and I was informed that a new control board would be ordered and installed. As of today the work has been left unfinished and original parts have not been returned and 6 month service has not been done. I have attempted to contact the company many times to resolve this under installation warranty but issue remains unresolved or I received no response. I have no alternative but to initiate legal proceeding in the Small Claims Court. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. -
