3 months agoPaid over head door to fix a rolling door, came out said they fixed it panels on the door got broken during closing because they didn't actually solve the issue. We then paid them almost 3 grand to replace the panels and fix the issue. Replaced panels but door still doesn't operate correctly and employee was rude. They sent the manager out diagnose said he would send someone for Friday or Monday they show up Tuesday with an entirely different diagnosis and trying to charge us again and for another panel on a different spot of the door. Moral of the story we've paid thousands and still in the same position we were in months ago and trying to be charged again. Finally we are going to another company. -

7 months agoTechnician - James did an awesome job repairing my garage door hinges, although it's time for a new one (he advised me & getting me a qoute), he patched this one to hold me until I'm financially stable to make the purchase.
