Their work was timely, and I was super impressed with the integrity noted during their two visits. I will be switching to having them do my routine and emergent maintenance. -

4 years agoGreat family owned business. Our AC broke on a Friday in June so we were scrambling to get someone out to fix it. I called several HVAC places in the Savannah area and got the typical runaround from the larger companies (service plans, price gouging, not guaranteeing a service date). Conrad's was recommended by someone in our neighborhood. I called them late Friday afternoon and they had someone out Saturday morning. The repairman (Eirin) was professional, reasonably priced, and did quality work. He had our system back up and running in less than an hour. They are a true small business that cares about customer satisfaction and are upfront and honest. I 100% recommend.
