Multiple reviews saying that the owner is rude and curses people out over the phone, surprised this place is still in business with how rude the team is here. Would not go here even if someone paid me to do business with them. Stay away at all costs! -

2 months agoAugusta Carpet Mart did excellent work removing and replacing Red Oak flooring in my kitchen, living room. They also replaced the Oak flooring in the front of my den, weaving the new wood into the existing floor. The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent. They made sure to select the exact right species and grade of Red Oak to match the existing flooring. It is a like for like replacement. I was concerned that there would be a color mismatch with the complicated weaving portion, the difference is imperceptible, a perfect match. When the job was finished they asked me to look for anything that needed attention, and they promptly correct some minute details for the quarter round that I was sensitive to, and did so to my complete satisfaction. I must also mention that the new floors were installed around brand new custom cabinets. They took every precaution to protect the cabinets. I highly recommend Augusta Carpet Mart -

5 months agoI had a unique and very wonderful experience with this buisness. We were in need of an oddly shaped carpet to cover up an area where a bad contractor cut our wooden floors out. We will eventually get it repaired so I didn't want to order anything custom and expensive. Chris in the sales department stepped up to help just because he's a nice guy. He helped us get a piece of quality, leftover carpet bound to the exact size needed for an incredibly reasonable price. He didn't have to help us and I'm sure there was no profit on this small project but he did because he could and wanted to be kind. We will definitely be going back to Chris when it's time to have this full repair done and the rest of our floors refinished. Thanks Chris!
