3 years agoCan't say enough great things about Freeman Fence. The fence they installed was done using the highest quality wood (knotless cedar) and the method of installation was top notch. Nearly 3 years later, the fence still looks great and as solid as the day they completed installation. You will definitely notice the difference between a high quality fence installed by Freeman compared to lower cost providers. Over this past winter, one of our gate latches broke (where we couldn't open the gate) and when I contacted Roger and Ross at Freeman, they immediately sent over one of their technicians in the area. While the technician wasn't able to repair the latch, he did remove it which allowed for the opening of the gate (something I couldn't figure out on my own). He recommended where (online) we could purchase a replacement latch for a lower price (I ordered the new latch and installed it myself in 10 min). They did this all free of charge 3 years post installation. This is next level customer service in my opinion so if you want the absolute best post sales support, choose Freeman Fence!
