6 months agoMy husband and I wanted to be near the Roswell downtown area. We found the perfect Southhaven community tucked away just far enough from the hustle and bustle. The craftsmanship was exactly what we were looking for. Each home is perfectly planned with attention to quality and detail. The building process was smooth and on time as expected. There were no shortcomings and any concern we had was immediately addressed. We would highly recommend Southhaven for your future forever home! -

7 months agoWe couldn't be happier with our South Haven Home. I am a realtor in Roswell and my husband and I had been looking for our 'forever home' since 2020. After seeing EVERYTHING on the market over the course of several years, we decided to go the new build route and started meeting with builders. I will mention that one builder that is very popular in Downton Roswell had me complete a multi-page application to 'get to know our needs' and then never reached out again. Alyson at South Haven was not only responsive in scheduling a meeting time to discuss the process, she had us quickly scheduled to tour one of their custom homes in Sandy Springs that was almost completed. We immediately fell in love with South Haven's custom craftsmanship, attention to detail and high end finishes. After deciding to move forward, we worked with many people on the South Haven team and had a great experience with all. We consistently felt we were in the loop of the building process, communication was great and South Haven went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As a realtor, I have seen many new build inspection reports and sometimes they can have more problems than a resale home. When we had our inspection done, there was a very short list of items that needed addressing, and they were taken care of quickly before we closed on the home. My inspector (that I have been working with for years) even commented that we were moving into an incredibly well built home. We have been in our South Haven home for almost a year and continue to be impressed with the quality of work. A few minor items have popped up and their team takes care of whatever the issue is quickly and to our satisfaction. From beginning to end it has been a great experience! -

Their attention to detail is outstanding - they responded quickly, anticipated potential issues before they arose (which were few and far between), and captured our aesthetic perfectly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is unreal and truly shows in the finished product. Dan, Alyson, Shane, Jessye, Beth, Nicole, Steven and the rest of the team were all incredible to collaborate with, and we highly recommend South Haven to anyone seeking a custom home in metro Atlanta! -

The quality of construction and attention to detail are truly top-tier - the finishes throughout our home are stunning and exactly what you'd expect from a high-end custom builder. Beyond delivering a house that immediately felt like our home, what really sets them apart, though, is the high level of service and communication. Their team has been responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. Communication throughout the entire process - from design to final walkthrough - was clear, consistent, and professional. They set expectations well and delivered on them. Construction was completed on time, and the team was flexible and collaborative whenever adjustments were needed along the way. Dan Hepburn always felt like as much of a partner as a builder. The warranty process was easy and Nicole has always been very responsive (and continues to be of great assistance even though our warranty period is complete). We're thrilled with our new home and would recommend South Haven without question. Thank you!
