The owner was very patient and didn't shy away from agreeing to provide care to the dresses. This has been the best cleaners I have worked with since starting the business. 2 years agoDo not use this cleaner or alterations!! I took two dresses to them for both a small hole repair and dry cleaning. I picked them up and later that afternoon realized that one had a new button that was too large and a different color than the dress (the original button was just fine and the repair didn't have anything to do with the button) and the second dress had a giant rip along the entire back side of the dress from right to left. I brought the dresses back and was told "the seamstress will be so upset" and wasn't given an update on when they can fix the dresses or if I'll get my money back. Days later I've called for an update and talked to a not nice lady who cut me off and hung up when she couldn't give me an update. So far I've paid $40 to lose two $200 dresses and don't know if I'll get them back in one piece (or at all). -

3 years agoI got my precious satin bag cleaned there after I dropped it in mud and onto EAV bathroom floor...iykyk It looks brand new now + everyone is very nice + very reasonable pricing -
