  Israel handled my basement finishing, master bathroom remodeling, screened-in back deck as well as some other minor projects. All of the work was high quality and completed in a timely manner. Israel was very responsive and communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future for any home renovation needs!

  Looking to paint the kitchen cabinets because my wife asked me to, I came across House Painting Plus, and it was truly the best option I could find in the Atlanta area. Mr. Israel gave us a fair price, and the finish is top-notch. A very professional team. Thank you so much!

  Israel is a lovely man. His team were all very friendly and seemed to understand our project and moved very quickly to complete the tasks, which we absolutely appreciated. I was so pleased during the process that I recommended this company to a client of mine who has a large upcoming project and I felt Israel and his team could handle the job. They did, in fact, show up for a smaller project for that company and all of the company leadership team were very pleased and I was able to convince them that he could definitely handle their larger project. I can't speak yet to the quality of their work as time will have to tell. One item that did go wrong is that the first electrician did not wire the lighting box for the landscape lighting properly. We had to hire another electrician who charged us to correct it. We decided not to bring it up to Israel because we were pleased with everything else he had done for our home renovation. We paid him $20k which I believe was fair for the services he provided. I didn't have time to write a review immediately, but I am glad I waited. Unfortunately, communication after the project took a very unprofessional turn. Let me explain. As our major project was nearing completion, we knew that we would have a few small punch-list type items to complete our renovation coming up soon. Because we had grown to trust Israel and his team, we asked one of Israel's primary staff members if he would be interested in coming back to help us once we made a small list of items like touch up paint, etc., and if it was okay with his boss. He said he was interested and gave us his cell number. We didn't think that this would be a problem, since I got the impression that Israel accepts larger projects, not small handyman type repairs. I totally get that. Surprisingly, we received an almost threatening text from Israel basically telling us we were wrong to try to ask his employee to do work for us. What???? We asked Miguel if it was okay and he said yes and he provided his personal phone number. We totally understand protocol and because we had a lot of respect for Israel we would never have tried to betray him as he suggested. My husband tried to explain, but Israel would not answer him via text or phone call. I am truly disappointed. I really liked Israel's friendly demeanor. I really wanted to love this company and refer them to all my corporate clients. I ignored the fact that there were some review issues with a previous company he owned, so they changed their name, but I tried to understand and pushed my husband to give them a chance. I'm embarrassed that I did that. In summary, if what you want is fast, this company is for you. But beware of inappropriate text exchanges after service is complete. Trust me, I am so disappointed to have to write this review. I had truly hoped it would be a more positive experience.

  We had an amazing experience with this company. From the beginning through the estimation Process to the completion of the work. The team showed up on time each day and completely finished the work as expected. They did a great cleanup at the end of the day and were very respectful when working around our home. We highly recommend!

  In Atlanta when looking for vendors to perform home services it's always kind of a crapshoot to find someone who will actually show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. However, working with Israel and his team was a pleasant deviation from the norm of vendors who over promise and under deliver (if they show up at all.) From beginning to end, everything was handled very professionally and competently by Israel and his team. I was very pleased with the services provided (full exterior trim painting, replacement of some rotten wood).Israel was very responsive to every question or concern from the time of the estimate through to the completion of the job. The crew led by Miguel worked very hard, showed up on time and did everything that was asked of them to a high degree of diligence. I wouldn't hesitate to use House Painting Plus again in the future and will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of painting/carpentry.
