Ummi and staff are a pleasure to work with and make rug shopping easy for me. Ummi is always helpful and takes time to advise me on design, style, and color that are most suitable for my situation as home decor is not my forte'. 2 years agoI'm only giving 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. The lady wasn't very interested in helping me. The store wasn't welcoming at all. There were tons of rugs in the store and before I could begin looking, she mentioned we don't have that. When I asked if I could see what they have, she started flipping the rugs back as if she didn't want to. By the time she got to the 3rd rug, I told her, "it's ok"....then I headed towards the door. I spend my money where it's appreciated, not tolerated. -
