9 years agoCameron was a fantastic service technician who really knew his craft, personable and helpful. It's worth paying extra for the enzyme treatment and teflon protection - they will sometimes throw in a room or two for free if you ask. I was disappointed with the upholstery and did not see any improvement so I can't recommend that service. However, the carpets looked great and the rug that had been sent out came back looking like new. I have put the one year warranty to good use! -
