2 months agoI've used Estes for both HVAC & plumbing, most recently my furnace inspection. David T was wonderful, very kind, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. He was also happy to look into another issue I was having alongside my furnace inspection. He noticed an upcoming issue with my outdoor unit but simply gave me the information and his recommendation without pushing or "selling" me on anything as he noted it's not an immediate need to fix, but something to keep in mind. Would recommend and hope to get David again for my next inspection!
